Kimberly Wilson is a lesbian wife, mom, teacher and comic. She loves to perform stand up, sketch and improv comedy and because she couldn’t find an affordable and accessible venue in Huntsville to produce comedy shows, Shenanigans was born! She feels like there should be a space where talented people from all walks of life can see their dreams become reality. Because of this, the Shenanigans monthly calendar is filled with an awesome mixture of show types and show producers. If you have an idea, she wants to hear it and try to help make it happen!

Jessica Cotton is a mom, wife, special education teacher, and co-founder of Shenanigans. She is an advocate for the weirdos and misfits of the world and is committed to creating a safe and welcoming space for everyone at Shenanigans. You can find her hosting  teen meet ups and community events, working behind the bar, and hyping up comedians before they go on stage.  Catch her portraying her alter ego Turnip during Family Game Night!

Jesse Pollard is the volunteer coordinator and co-owner of Shenanigans Comedy Theatre. He loves improv, stand up, Pina Colada’s, getting caught in the rain and long walks on the beach.

Say Hello to Our Awesome 2022 Board

During the day you can find Beth typing away for her job at NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center and writing articles for Rocket City Mom. Donna Allen Oti is a journalist, former university professor, and organizational communication consultant. She enjoys the art of storytelling and embraces its power to inspire, motivate and heal. She is delighted to find a community of diverse artists working in an organization committed to making the arts accessible to all.

Missouri born, Kentucky raised, and now proudly a resident of the greater Huntsville, AL area since 2013. Professionally, I'm a playground safety specialist (yes, that's actually something you can get paid to do!) I found Shenanigans Theatre looking for improv comedy classes. In addition to the classes I found some amazing people and wanted to help with their mission to make the arts accessible to everyone.

Chris McConnell is NOT a comedian and is profoundly UNartistic but loves to see others perform and hone their crafts.  My wife and I went to a comedy night at Shenanigans a couple of years ago and were sold on how honest and inviting the folks were that were running it. When we saw a call for volunteers we signed up to help out.  We’re honored to become part of the Shenanigans Comedy Theatre Board this year. Come relax and be yourself and support the many performers : )

Kyle Stark is a local comedian, musician, and improv artist. He has been connected with Shenanigan’s for a little over one year performing Improv and volunteering. Christy Montgomery is a local stand-up comedian.  She has been active with Shenanigans since the doors opened in 2019. She volunteers regularly by helping with with fundraiser shows as well as the concessions. She is excited to be a recent addition to our board.
